What To Expect

You may be completely new to Acupuncture, or a seasoned Chinese medicine patient. Annie will meet you wherever you are in your healing journey, educate how and why Chinese medicine can work for you, thoroughly explain all of your options available through our services, & and make sure that you are comfortable with a mutually-agreed upon treatment plan.

Patient-Centered Care

I believe in the power of wholistic medicine, and will be reviewing any relevant medical history, as well as any of your pertinent health concerns.​

Please bring a complete medications list, and be ready to discuss your medical history.

Your First Appointment

Please do the following: 

  •  Fill out your intake paperwork prior to your appointment.

  •   Make sure you’re well hydrated throughout the day of and the day after your appointment. 

  • Eat something prior to your appointment.

  •  Check-in when you arrive, through the Jane App link, sent with your appointment confirmation to your email.
