While services at Hsu Wellness are out-of-network with most insurance policies, we do accept First Choice Health. Coverage is not guaranteed as plans may vary, so please contact us or your insurance company for more information. While every effort is made to bill your insurance directly, payment is due at the time of service.

Questions to consider when contacting your insurance provider: 

• Do I have a deductible? Have I met my deductible?

• Do I need to meet my deductible for services to be covered?

• What is my co-pay?

• Do I need a referral?
